Poor service

My Items were given to Fastway for delivery by a seller , Fastway couldn't even contact me to inform me that my parcels were ****** after a hijacking took place, Nor the seller or Fastway want to take accountability to refund me or replace my items, Is not easy to go through to them , getting in touch with them is like winning a lotto

I pray for their speed demise as they are useless .
