Poor service

One Thursday I got a email in the morning saying my parcels is out for delivery , and called late that afternoon to be told it was a false alarm and I would only receive my parcel on Friday , I called them now again and they tell me my parcel was forgotten and I won’t be receiving until next week .

Very disappointing was a urgent parcel not impressed and not the first time this has happened
