Poor serve from Fastway

Tracking Nr 2G*** I received this tracking number. I am unable to find it on the Fastway group. I paid my vat and customs. I've spent over R300.00 on airtime phoning them for over a week not. I just keep hanging on the lind to speak to a constant for assistant. Before being put through the line goes dead. I do not know where is my pascel as I get no assistance. 😡 😡 😡 Please help me with some form of help
