Poor pethatic service from fastway

Fastways have had my parcel going back and forth between Pretoria and Johannesburg for a week. No one is helping me and no one responds to their stupid chats. When you call there is no answer. A week has gone by with misdirection of my parcel. I cannot understand why my parcel had been going to Pretoria when I don't live there. This is the worst courier service and they are not reachable. Why are they in business when they have no customer service?
