POOR , inefficient service !

I got a notification that they couldn’t deliver my order . I was on the premises . They did not even call me via phone or WhatsApp . Getting through to an agent is tedious . It’s almost like they don’t want you to . Very difficult to work with . SHEIN should stop using them and only use Buffalo .this is a nonsense of a service . When you text them , they respond after an extended period of time . Very inefficient !
