POOR DELIVERY SERVICE & THEFT

THEIR SERVICE IS PETHETIC. I have ordered from shein as usual , the custom logistics company gave my parcel to fastway. when i try to track the parcel it says it has been delivered like 3 days ago, to whom i don't know. I have been in contact with fast way courier for 2 days now. Its just a back and forth phone calls with no solution. i have asked for proof of delivery several times, every consultant is asking me to log an online inquiry which i did like 4 time now, other one gave me the drivers number which never goes through, I think they are just trying to shut me up. I paid a lot of money for those things, i just want my package.

CAN BAFFALO LOGISTICS STOP HANDING OVER SHEIN PARCELS TO THEM.
