Poor delivery service and broken promises

They had to deliver my products. Lying about being at my place and also lying about giving me a call. I phoned customer care, which was a mission to get the number, which said they will deliver. Again it wasn't delivered on promised date and again I phone. Lady said she will make an enquiry and would phone me back within a half an hour. Needless to say that promise was also broken and I still do not have my products.
