Poor delivery service

Poor service with ****** guys who are doing deleveries . Who always refuse to drop my parcels to my door steps which I always pay fo, but when it's another races they go to there flats units, we living g in the same complex I have been observing them, when it's my turn I'm called to pick up my parcel by the main gate, I so wish we are given a chance to choose our courrier service preferences when we parchase things online
