I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from one of your delivery drivers today.

During a recent delivery, the driver called to confirm details of who to deliver to. Instead of communicating effectively, he told me that he was "losing his patience." This unprofessional behavior was both unexpected and unacceptable. Clear and courteous communication is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, and this interaction fell significantly short of that standard. There is nothing worse than a rude individual providing customer services. Please give your staff more training.
