Poor customer service Durban Branch
Hi, I've send a parcel too your Durban branch and is still remaining at West Bay 2 since the 30th of June, today the 3rd of July 2020. Spoke to Precious who obviously need customer service training. Place the phone down whilst busy talking to her. Thanks Eugene.

06 Jul 2020, 14:10Received yet another phone call from Fastway Courier Durban, parcel not yet delivered after I spoke to Eugene and Precious on Friday the 3rd of July 2020.. Hopefully the parcel will be delivered tomorrow as promised by Michael.
