poor customer service

my parcel was received on the 7th Dec n scheduled for delivery the next day. Till today have not received it. Yesterday 12/12/22 when i tracked my parcel it showed that my parcel was delivered n signed for where as it was not. They called to tell me that it will be delivered on sat morning its tuesday still not received. The chat channel is not user friendly and its not helping as no one cares to respond. I ordered staff from Phoera cosmetics but still have not received and was received the next day of the order. Im extremely angry n disappointed. Would not recommend this courier to anyone
