Poor Customer service

This courier company is the worst . I have a Temu order they claim they came to deliver at my work address and claim premises were closed, where as there is security 24/7. Nobody bothered to call and confirm that really there was no one to accept delivery on my behalf. You call them the don't answer. The live chat is just as useless. You send emails they don't reply.

Poorest service ever from you guys.
