Poor courier service by Fastway couriers

I had 3 boxes that were sent from Durban on Thurs the 2nd of May. It was meant to be delivered to my residential address by Friday,however there was apparently a vehicle breakdown coming from Durban, hence the parcel reached Johannesburg at around 2pm at the Kempton park depot,so it could not be dispatched the same day according to Fastway. The next delivery would only have been done on Monday the 6th of May,which is extremely late, as Fastway says they dont do deliveries on a Saturday. However at the depot there was dozens of fast way vehicles picking up and delivering parcels. I then drove to Kempton Park, then waited for over 1 hour to receive my parcel, which end of the day should have been delivered as I paid for that service and the breakdown was not my fault. They should have honoured their service and have someone deliver my stuff to me. I stay all the way in Roodepoort and their depot is in Kempton Park, which is over 1 hour away. This is not the first time I experienced such poor service. More than a few times they forgot to dispatch my boxes from Durban and only once I called Durban, then only was it dispatched. The service is becoming unbearable and I am considering to choose another courier company as 1 day is the maximum time I can wait to receive my goods.
