PLEASE BECAREFULE WITH FASTWAYS

Signed up a weeks ago with Fastways, had now 3 times that they 'forgot' to collect parcels ... complaining to the regional manager does not help, the last complaint I've send last week has not even been responded to ... previously he just said oeps... will look into it ...not getting better either. Will NOT RECOMMEND them to anybody to use as a courier service - the word "FAST" in their name is very misleading.
