Pinetown Branch Security Risk

Have been using Fastways Couriers for a number of years and found them to be good. However the Pinetown branch has a security problem as I have had two parcels gone missing from Pinetown branch in 2 months. I suspect that it is theft as the parcels were received by Pinetown but then went missing. No one seems interested, no one cares and the client is the loser in monetary terms and in service.
