Picking up parcel

Fast way have a bad service,i phone jhb in the morning then they transfer my call to Durban since i wanna pick up my parcel from overseas. We made an arrangement that im coming at 11 o’clock,when I arrive here nothing isready for me to pick up. It’s been an hour now waiting for my parvel 😡😡😡
