Petty staff

Durban: The branch/staff in New Germany went out of their way to delay my delivery. Tracking data showed that parcel had arrived and was confirmed but staff would not allow for pickup within business hours. The following day pickup was put off until parcel was with the courier. They have now scheduled for late delivery. This is costing me money and they wont even take my call.
