pethetic service and rude driver

i have been wating for my parcel from last week monday when i called the courier driver Ashley was so rude to me and hung up on me my parcel was supposed to be delvered on monday last week 2 sept today is the 10th 8 days later still no delivery even spoke to the supervisor and stil got no help til now very dissapointed when i read the reviews im not thew only one fastway uk needs to do something about this
