Persistent "Out for Delivery" Status - Zero Accountability from Fastway

I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Fastway Couriers. A parcel was collected in Pretoria last Friday and has still not been delivered to me in Polokwane. Since Monday, the WhatsApp support channel has repeatedly claimed the parcel is "out for delivery," yet nothing has arrived. To make matters worse, I have attempted to call both the local depot and the head office multiple times, and neither is answering their phones. It is unacceptable that a parcel takes over a week to travel such a short distance while the customer is being misled by automated status updates.
