PATRHETIC SERVICE

PATHETIC SERVICE: Been waiting for my parcel to be delivered from 13/07/2021. today its Monday 19/07/2021 14h30 and still didn't receive my parcel. been calling the whole week and all they told me the driver said he was at the mall but no one came out. how am i suppose to know you outside without calling me. then it was the mall was closed. I'm at work everyday. driver didn't even call. then it was he had a break down. but yet the driver don't inform or the company inform me anything. I could really understand if it was a problem for the driver to get here due to the strike but he was outside the mall. Don't the driver have a phone, I take it no they don't, even the contact number of the driver constantly on voicemail. ( really now) its a constant problem to get thru on the phone to speak to someone who can assist me, been calling whole week. even ask for a manager or supervisor to call me back up until today no one called me. its always please give your details will ask the manager to call you back or they put the call thru and no one answer then the call cut. this is so unacceptable. I had other parcels that was delivered to me on the 12th and 13th July. howcome I don't get this parcel.. seriously bad service.
