PATHETIC USELESS Fastway Couriers - more like Noway Going Nowhere

ABSOUTELY USELESS!! My parcel has been stuck in Bloemfontein for 4 days, with the same stupid message of "left in the Grey Area", whatever that means. They don't respond to my query.
