Pathetic Unacceptable Service

Absolutely pathetic service. Parcel was on the truck at 8am this morning. I have been sitting and waiting for this stock for an order that needed to be with a customer tomorrow morning. At 7pm there is an update on the system stating that they attempted delivery but no one ever came to deliver. I can supply camera footage from 8am this morning till now and no one came to me to deliver. It is very convenient that the system gets updated after hours so there is no one that we can contact. This is not the first time. There is no communication even from the office that their driver is late. Now I must be in a position to explain to customer that their special day is spoilt because of this pathetic delivery service. I am left with stock that I cannot use again. Their is no contact details after 5pm there are no email addresses to find out what is going on. Please can you provide some update on this issue. This pathetic service is unacceptable. I will be informing Westrand Sublimation as well of the pathetic service of the courier company they are using for their deliveries.
