Pathetic service, zero delivery

The service levels of this company is pathetic. No one takes responsibility and they don't deliver. Parcels wait to be picked up for more than a week, after being promised multiple times it will be picked up the same day. Parcels are not delivered near the promised amount of time and there is no feedback from them as to why parcels are not delivered.
