Pathetic service, parcel not delivered but no one takes responsibility

I ordered a parcel (weave) from China. It was couriers to Sharp Logistics in Johannesburg. Sharp Logistics then handed over to Fastway couriers to Durban. Fastway couriers did not deliver my parcel and they claim it was delivered. When I asked them to track the driver who claims he came yo my place and also check my signature, they don't give me a straight answer. They then admitted the parcel was lost. They referred me back to Sharp Logistics for a claim. Gosh....that's pathetic. Sharp Logistics referred me back to the seller. They are not taking responsibility. The seller also doesn't want to take responsibility. They say they received a message that I received my parcel.
