Pathetic service, package not delivered. Do not use Fastway!!!

Fastway witbank branch, I was supposed to get my parcel yesterday, the tracking number said my package was onboard delivery vehicle at 08:19am. I called the office around 12 because it wasn’t delivered, I spoke to Neo and he gave me the driver’s name and number. I called the driver Vincent and he said my package will only be delivered today (Saturday morning) because he had lots of deliveries scheduled. I understood but did stress to him that I need it and he promised to deliver it. It’s Saturday 12:10pm and my package hasn’t been delivered, Vincent’s number isn’t going through seems his phone is off. No one at the office can give me answers as to where my package is. Fast way Witbank gives pathetic service, I wouldn’t recommend them at all!!
