Pathetic service levels

<p>This is the 2nd month in a row that Fastway has drastically failed in service delivery of my Justine orders.<br />Last month it was updated as on board courier vehicle for 3 days before i phoned and made a fuss and had it delivered.<br />Yesterday after being assured by both the customer service agent and the driver that it will be delivered and the driver even said he was 5 minutes away, the package was not delivered.<br />There are products which people have paid for and are going away for a month today so they needed the products today but Fastway could not keep to the delivery arrangement yet again.</p> <p>And as predicted the driver rejected calls this morning then turned his phone off and the offices are not open to sort out problems.</p>
