Pathetic Service, I will never use FASTWAYS again ever!!!!!!!

If their was a ZERO star button I would select it. This has to be the worst courier in SA., I will never use them again. Its not the first time I had bad service. You cannot get hold of anyone. They all hide behind WA that does not work and Facebook messanger that also does not work. Thier is no one to call or speak to.

5 days for a local collection and delivery is totaly unacceptable. I cannot even collect from the depot since the telehone number given just goes to voice mail.
