Pathetic Service From Fastway Durban

So disappointed at the bad service received from Fastway Durban. Someone sending me a parcel mistakenly put a wrong address. Fastway left the parcel at the wrong address with someone I do not even know and allowed her to sign for it. They had my name and contact details but never called me to inform me that they were leaving my things with someone else. When I discovered the error, they showed no interest and no sense of urgency to resolve the issue. Instead they told me they could only deliver the following day even though the wrong address was in the same area. I was the one phoning and emailing and they never even apologised or responded to the emails.

I will never use them again.
