Pathetic service from Fastway Couriers (Bloemfontein)

The third time a parcel had to be delivered from Johannesburg to Bloemfontein. It takes more than a week. Eventually the sending company supplies me with the tracking number. You phone the local branch, no answer or a person on the other side mutes your call. I have been struggling since 8 this morning, no success. The previous time the person answering were not friendly at all. I still don't know where my order is.
