Pathetic service from Fastway Couriers

My parcel was collected a week ago - on Monday 31 July 2023 - in Johannesburg. Previous parcel was delivered after 3 days. This one is still not delivered after 7 days and counting. If possible, I would like to give Fastway Couriers a negative review. They should change their name to Slowway Couriers. Their service is pathetic to say the least. Fortunately this will be the last order that they will handle. They don't need my money, as there are others who will support them. If you are satisfied with poor service in the new South Africa, then so be it. I am not willing to accept it though...
