Pathetic service from fastway couriers

Worst courier service ever. My package was suppose to be delivered by the 23 of dec but the JHB depot misdirected my package to Cape Town instead of Durban. I paid a lot for my order and these were gifts for my kids for Christmas. Ever since there has been no update on the tracking site and even when I call in they do not answer. So my package is still in transit between Cpt and durban.I logged an inquiry, sent them emails also called all the branches and they do not answer. They have pathetic customer service. And I bet no one from fastway will even respond or even reach out to assist.
