Pathetic service from Fastway.

Fastway is the worst ever courier company I have delt with.. Every single package that is supposed to be delivered by them is delayed. If you phone the call centre you get BS answers about Being in a grey area and why you package gets delayed. I am less than a hours drive from a Fastway depo and I see the delivery vehicle in our streets daily. I ordered from a company in DBN and it was collected the same day. It is now 8 days later and I'm still waiting for my package.. I contacted the Company I ordered from and the came back saying the courier service said it will take 4 more days. Tomorrow being a public holiday I suppose the 4 days will start on Monday taking us to next week Thursday or Friday. I ordered some items from Bangood (China) it arrived at my doorstep in 14 days. Fastway courier can't do it in 14 days from Durban. It's pathetic and I will stop buying from any company that uses Fastway and I will do my best to make sure everyone I know will not use Fastway again.
