Pathetic service from Fastway

These Couriers have lately been nothing but pathetic. They don't come around to pick up parcels, the numbers for the delivery people never works, they take forever to deliver your parcels. The service is really disappointing! We pay huge once off amounts to buy contacts from them and then the give no decent service. I will definitely not be renewing my contracts with them.
