Pathetic service from Fastway!

My package was dispatched on 29/11, it reached the depot on 30/11 at 09h32. I have logged queries using their online chat as well as WhatsApp, I’ve been waiting on a call today 02/12 for over 20 mins. They don’t know what’s going on! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! Don’t use Fastway they’re useless!
