Pathetic Service from DSV Couriers

Absolutely ********** service from DSV Couriers who refused to deliver a replacement debit card from ABSA BANK to me elderly (81 yr old) father who is in a wheelchair and visually and hearing impaired. I have power of attorney over my fathers account and called DSV couriers as well as Absa Bank multiple times to try and resolve the problem. DSV Couriers refuses to acknowledge my power of attorney despite my having communicated to Absa Bank that they need to inform DSV Couriers that I have Power of Attorney over my father’s account. Their lack of competence is shameful
