PATHETIC SERVICE FOR A YEAR

Have had an account with them for almost 2 years. Pathetic service. They only assist when you threaten to leave. They don’t collect parcels, and when they collect , it sits in the Bay for a week before being delivered , and only gets delivered when yoh complain. No one takes accountability, everyone just balances someone else. They are very clever, only email addresses , no numbers to contact any directly. Lost about 5 customers and thousands in b business because of them. Currently have a parcel sitting in their Bay for a week. No one answers phones. Will absolutely be moving over to another courier. Durban and Cape Town run their branches like they are a home affairs office
