Pathetic service
I wasn't able to take delivery of a parcel on Monday early afternoon. The driver said he would drop it off after 4:30. He never arrived. For the last 3 days I am getting n email in the morning to say the package couldn't be delivered but nobody has been at the house to deliver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent a query email early yesterday and still have not had a response.
