PATHETIC SERVICE

Fastway Couriers is by far the worse courier company I've dealt with. This is not the first time I'm experiencing PATHETIC SERVICE from Fastway. It seems as though the guy designated to the Roodepoort area has no work ethic and is completely complacent. Every single time I expect delivery from this company, my parcels are transported from depot to depot. When I call Fastway office in Jhb, I am always told the parcel will be delievered on that day. However, it doesn't get delivered. I literally have to call the offices a few times before my parcel gets delivered. If you are reading this please do not use Fastway Couriers. Their service is PATHETIC!!!
