PATHETIC SERVICE

I have been trying for days to make contact with Fastway...no luck. Their phones have computerised messages that tell you to use their Whatsapp no...there you are told that an agent will contact you....NOTHING HAPPENS. Their tracking updates says DUTY AND VAT UNPAID. I have proof that it was paid on 28/12/24. I am still wating for my parcel from TEMU......Phillip van der Merwe.
