Pathetic Service - Fastway Couriers Durban

Fastway Couriers KZN South Coast (Durban).

Absolute pathetic service. Got a notification that parcel is "Out for delivery" before end of the day. As I could not accept the parcel myself, I arranged for someone ti accept on my behalf. Person waited and waited but no Fastway Couriers. Next day, again I received an notification that the parcel is 'Out for delivefy' and AGAIN a repeat of the above mentioned. I've got two other parcels on the way also being handled by Fastway Couriers (Durban depot) and received notifications of delivery. Let's see what is going to happen as I'm still waiting for the first parcel to eventually be delivered.
