Pathetic service!!

Fastway Courier (East London branch) what a pathetic services. My parcel has been stuck in East London for week now.I sent emails, phoned, and phoned and the parcel is still not delivered.The 2 people that answered my phone were just not bothered.

The guy even said “ it will go when it goes”.Jongani, valani shame and give the business to people who will actually make a change.Worse during this period we need your service even more but you are not ready nor interested to serve people.
