Pathetic Service, Empty Promises (Pietermaritzburg)

This is the worst couriers service I have had to deal with. Empty promises, day 5 and no one is available. This is the second day according to the tracking that my parcel is out for delivery. I was assured that it would be delivered today. Should I be surprised at 17h05 that still no delivery and depot closed.

I do not understand how you can make a statement that it is due to the increase of packages being distributed. Do not promise clients 3 days service if 5 days it still is not delivered. They have not once picked up the phone and contacted me to advise they would not make it or could they deliver after 17h00. I am the one that needs to keep calling them. I was now advised that no one can assist me now and they will only be able to assist me on Monday as they are closed for the day.

I will in future request that the company sending me items must utilise someone else.
