Pathetic service! Driver told me to collect my parcel from depot!

The courier attempted to deliver the parcel at my home when I was not there in the morning. I called him back to tell him to please come back later as the delivery is very urgent. He promised to come back after 4pm. After 4 I call him and he does not answer his phone. I call him again at least another 5 times and even leave a voicemail. I then sms him to ask when is he coming. He tells me he has knocked off work and I must fetch the parcel from the depot! I am now mad and call the customer service...they try to call the driver and his phone is OFF! The agent then tells me she will speak to her area manager who will call me back asap. THIS NEVER HAPPENED! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL IN TIME AND NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. And furthermore their customer service is PATHETIC!! DRIVERS ARE RUDE and call centre agents are FULL OF ATTITUDE! Please do yourself a favour and never use this service!
