Pathetic service

I have not yet received worst service from a courier company, when you phone them to ask when your package will arrive there excuse is oh that is an grey area. They say the estimated time is 3 - 4 working days but it is already going for 7days, i have a bossiness and because of this pathetic service, i am definitely move to another courier and i will make sure my customer does not use Fastway.
