Pathetic service

I received an email on the 12th stating that my order is out on delivery, did not receive it got an email stating that the driver was unable to deliver. the morning of the 13th i received another email stating that my order once again is out on delivery, so i went onto the online chat and spoke to a consultant who told me that my order will be delivered before 17h00 again i did not receive my order. this time no emails or nothing was received when trying the whatsapp and online chat this morning i dont get any response. at 9am they told me that the next available agent will assist me it is now 10:35am and i am still waiting. Tried calling their number *** no answer at all only music playing. this company is pathetic. deliveries always have a problem no customer service at all. will not recommend them to anyone.
