Pathetic service

My order from Bash was supposed to be delivered on Chriatmas Eve, however, it is still not delivered. According to Fastway, my address is incorrect. I double checked and sent it to a consultant via email - everything is 100% correct om my side. Still no word from them, I don't know where my parcel which contains Christmas presents is. Pathetic - and NO Customer service telephone number to speak to an actual human being.
