Pathetic service and endless lies!

Not happy with this service! My parcel was to be delivered yesterday and then again today due to failure yesterday apparently so when I traced my parcel it says unable to deliver. When I called and queried it I got told the driver was on route three hours later I called again only to be told I wasn't at work... The driver never called me nor did he come to my work to deliver as I checked with reception. I called the driver who then tells me he is not delivering that area then cuts the call on me. Come on people you all have different stories!
