Pathetic service

Doesn’t this company provide airtime for their drivers to call upon delivery?? How insane is that I get a notification email informing me that my parcel has been delivered and signed for and I know nothing about it? Your service is pathetic! The other time you delivered my parcel to a wrong person. Yet I received another email notification that the parcel has been delivered and signed off. Only for the neighbour to bring my stuff a few hours later. Atleast he was honest. Please take your company seriously!!
