Pathetic service

Pathetic service, they do not answer their phone. Managed to call the durban branch and they cannot get through to the jhb depot, they mailed them but the service is not up to par, I informed them that I will not be able to receive my parcel this week, I will be able to collect it next week, they sent it back to China. There is no single person that can take ownership of your query, they all kick the can down the road
