Pathetic Service

I’ve been waiting for my parcel since last week. The first time your delivery guy said my delivery address was closed and it was 15:27 whereas we close at 16:00. Yesterday he said no one was there to sign for my parcel. I am not even sure if he arrived at the delivery address or not because he didn’t even attempt to call to find out if I am around or not. My number is there why can’t they make contact when they are delivering? Also, I’ve called the person who is delivering around my areas (Halfway Gardens - Xolani) apparently he no longer works for Fastway Courier as he claims. If he’s no longer working there why is his number still there? This is too much inconvenience. Your helpdesk is also not helping. I’ve been on hold for quite some time with no one to assist. The live chat is programmed to keep on saying the same thing, it doesn’t have answer my questions. Your service is really pathetic.
